Bill Block, Committee to End Homelessness Project Director, is a long-time advocate for low-income housing. An attorney and former Buck and Gordon law firm partner, Block has broad experience in housing and property law and in mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining the Committee to End Homelessness, he served as chair of the Seattle Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, Chair of the Seattle Low Income Housing Levy Oversight Committee, and President of AIDS Housing of Washington. He has also previously served on the boards for the Downtown Emergency Services Center, the Mount Baker Housing Association, and the Pike Place Market Foundation. He currently serves as Chair of the Seattle Center Advisory Commission.
