- On January 27, 2011, the House Community Development and Housing Committee held a two hour work session on homelessness. Speakers included Norm Suchar, National Alliance to End Homelessness; Bill Block, Committee to End Homelessness in King County; Dan McConnon, Deputy Director at Commerce; Alice Shobe, Building Changes; and several individuals who have been homeless. The hearing was televised lived on TVW and is now streaming.
